CCC Group acquires all issued stock of Virgin Megastores Japan

Franchise chain operator of 1,158 TSUTAYA locations in Japan, Culture Convenience Club, Co., Ltd., (“CCC”; headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Muneaki Masuda) reached an agreement for wholly owned subsidiary TSUTAYA Stores Holdings, Co., Ltd. (“TSH”; Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Motoaki Kimura) to acquire all outstanding stock of Virgin Megastores Japan (“VMJ”) from Marui Co., Ltd. TSH operates CCC’s corporate stores.
